Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking

There is a car parking area with enough room for 2 cars at the rear of the property. There is also on-street parking at the front of the property.

The car parking is levelled, gravelled and flat. Parking is approximately 12 metres away from the entrance through a gate and a step up to the back door giving access to the kitchen.

The entrance to the property at the front door from the High Street and through the garden to the back door from the rear of the property 1 small step – 15cms high.

Halls, Stairs, Landings, Passageways

The flooring on the ground floor is laminate and tiled. There is a small step from the main living area to the kitchen and on through to the bathroom. There is good colour contrast between floor and walls.

The stairs, first floor landing and bedrooms are carpeted. Standard door widths throughout the property.

Oven with drop down door for grill with hob above. Lighting is spotlight bulbs on ceiling. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms fitted.
